The Georgetown University Legislative Advocates (GULA) is established for the purpose of increasing levels of issue-based student advocacy by providing resources to Georgetown University students and student groups. GULA is a resource for any student who wishes to coordinate with other students to advocate a specific national or local issue.
Our central goal is to network Georgetown students to the world of resources available in the Washington DC political arena in order to increase student participation in the legislative and democratic processes.
