The Latin American Student Association (LASA) welcomes anyone and everyone interested in the beautiful continent and warm people hailing from Argentina to Mexico, and anywhere in between. If you are interested in amazing parties, interesting speaker series and a chance to meet and converse with ambassadors, as well as movie nights and free salsa lessons, then this is the club for you. Our mission is to unite the Latin American students studying in Georgetown with those interested in the region and its culture to create a true community. We reach our goals by engaging in constant and engagin conversation through events and social activities that bring truth and recognition of our culture, present and past, along with parties that (we're not being humble) are great.
