The Georgetown University Irish American Society is dedicated to serving as a means to bring cultural and social activities to all students of Georgetown University. The club welcomes all students, faculty and staff of Georgetown, whether they are of Irish descent or not. The GUIAS sponsors several different types of events throughout the year, designed to involve all members of the society in a fun and inviting atmosphere. Some of the events we sponsor during the year include, but are not limited to, guest speakers, pub nights, movie nights, and service opportunities to benefit Irish charities.
