Who We Are

Ballet Folklorico Mexicano de Georgetown(BFMG) was founded in the fall of 1996. The group strives to continue the tradition and celebration of Mexican culture and folkloric traditions. BFMG seeks to share the rich culture of Mexico with a diverse presentation of Mexican folkloric dance. Their repertoire includes dances from the states of Baja California, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Guerrero, Jalisco, Nayarit, Nuevo Leon, Sinaloa, Veracruz Huasteco, Veracruz Jarocho, and Yucatan.
